3. don’t make too much closure. saying sorry too much isn’t a good idea at all, there’s some situations that better be left unclear. you don’t owe anyone’s apologize cuz the world doesn’t revolve around them.
4. analyze your own mental health. it might sounds clicle for some people but mental health is a serious thing to be cared about. cuz its literally controls your sanity and the way you live. keep in mind that you have the rights to protect yourself. if you got any symptoms of mood swing, over anxiety or panic attack, you better sign up a consult with a psychiatrist asap.
5. and the last but not least, stop giving a fuck about people opinion. well, its not like we don’t need feedbacks, WE ABSOLUTELY DO but there’s a cool thing called ‘filtering’. personally, i don’t mind any opinions since most of them aren’t significantly affect me. taylor swift might be right, cause baby i could build a castle out of all the bricks they threw at me.
